One Year!

October 31 is a big day, not only is it Halloween but it is officially the date chemotherapy ended. That means that yesterday I was officially cancer free for one year. This amazing accomplishment was celebrated by going out to eat at Golden Corral.

One year ago i walked out of that hospital on my own two feet without looking back. i haven't missed it since. Sure the nurses were basically family but they're like inlaws everybody has them nobody really wants them. (hahaha) It is interesting whenever something is mentioned about cancer i get very angry, but yet yesterday i celebrated the defeat.

School:
Most probably don't know about my infamous ninth grade english teacher...well he didn't like me too much and didn't want me in his class. i don't think i ever got an A on a single essay in that class. The reason why i mention this at all is because for english this year i had to make up a 100 point test by writing an essay over the book it was on. My teacher Mr. Quilici said to me that i had probably the best test he's ever had... he's been teaching for eight years. i ended up getting a 99/100 on that test. I never got compliments on my writing from my english teachers.

Just thought you all should know...
