At least not to us. I will be calling the doctor's clinic tomorrow to find out if there is anything unexpected or new of which we need to be informed. Shayla came through it all like a champ, hungry, but saw it through the end!
The cooler room helped her sleep better last night. The air conditioners were a Heavenly blessing!
The clinic visit results were good. Her hemaglobin and neutrophil counts were high, meaning she is building the strength she needs again. She is set to go to Round 4 on Thursday afternoon. Remember, this is a 5-day 'excursion' to the hospital, but one that was less physically taxing than the three-day one. We are scheduled to have a visit from Dr. Beck in the hospital on Thurs. to get her view on how things are going and what is next in her opinion as the ENT to rid Shayla of this cancer.
Prayers: Now my prayers are 'help me know which questions to ask' because we want to be sure we cover all the ground needed for Shayla to be cured.
Tonight Jase got the whole crew to rally together and get the basement cleaned up in 15 minutes. It was miraculous! Then, as a reward, he suggested we go to the gas station and treat the family to ice cream cones. So we did! When we got home we were all outside in the front yard and a game of 'Tag' broke out. It was so much fun! Shayla played, but as a protective barrier from the tagger. We laughed, chased, and ran from each other and had fun. THIS is family.
