Bead Story
well i have been asked to explain my bead necklace. the bead necklace is where a bunch of beads with different pictures on them having different meanings are give n to cancer patients as they expierience different things. for example a cat scan. the bead has a picture of a cat on it. another is the bone marrow harvest is a bone bead. so as i travel o n my journey through treatment i will continue to get more beads. i think by the end i'll have a rope instead of a necklace.

Thanks Shayla! I think it is neat that although you may be going through something that isn't so much fun, you are finding things that bring joy and excitement to your life. For example, your knecklace sounds like a fun project, collecting Beenie Babies and seeing men struggle with loosing their hair as much as you have struggled. We think it is awesome to see how many men have supported you in shaving their heads! Continue to look for the miracles that will continue to come, because they will. Stay strong little one! When this experience is all said and DONE your rope will make a fabulous garland on your Christmas tree. Image the stories you will be able to tell you kids and grandkids about the interesting beads you collected. I can't wait to see it!
